Hi All,

As a part of my project, webMethods email poller will check email box for every 5sec and picks the email from email (IMAP) server and process.

Here problem with webMethods Email poller is not picking the email from email box, if we disable and enable the email poller, then only webMethods Email poller will pick the email from email box.

Can anyone please suuggst what is the root cause and solution for this.

Try restarting IS and clearing cache..if this doesn't work then you should raise a SI with SAG.

As you suggested it will work, I just disale and enable the port it's worked..

But the problem it is happening regulary (once in a week).

I thought implement webMethods code for disable and enable the port. Is there any flow service to fetch the email polling notifaction info? or do we nee create java service.
